The Kia EV2 is Kia’s most compact electric vehicle yet, designed specifically for European drivers and perfectly suited to modern everyday life.
Despite its compact size, the EV2 delivers impressive practicality, offering space for five passengers and up to 362 litres of boot capacity thanks to its dedicated electric vehicle platform.
Two battery options will be available, 42.2kWh and 61.0kWh, providing impressive range capability for drivers looking to make the switch to electric.
Built on Kia’s advanced 400V E-GMP electric platform, the EV2 supports rapid DC charging, allowing the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in around 30 minutes.
The EV2 also introduces a range of advanced technologies typically found in larger premium EVs, including:
• Triple-screen infotainment display
• Over-the-air (OTA) updates
• Digital Key smartphone access
• Plug & Charge capability
• Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) functionality
• Remote Smart Parking Assist Entry, allowing the vehicle to be manoeuvred using the smart key from outside the car
With Kia’s bold Opposites United design philosophy, sustainable interior materials, and impressive technology, the EV2 is set to become one of the most exciting compact electric SUVs on the market.
