Click and Collect

We have launched a new click and collect system to keep you on the road during the COVID-19 lockdown. Our dealerships will have brand new, designated Click & Collect zones.

If you have already ordered a new car and are awaiting delivery, or you wish to purchase one during the National Lockdown, we will process the majority of your sale digitally and over the phone or via email.

Once your car is ready to collect, we will arrange a specific collection appointment. You will be able to view the vehicle in our outdoor collection point and we will complete final paperwork and payment before you drive away.

Our customers can take advantage of the click and collect option. Reserve a vehicle online for only £10, or call our teams who will guide you through the process.

We can facilitate part-exchanges, finance applications and order forms over the phone and via email, so you can stay home and stay safe.

When it's time to collect your vehicle, we will arrange a collection appointment. You will arrive at our designated collection point and a member of our team will be ready to greet you, socially distanced of course.

What to expect when you collect your vehicle

We have changed our handover process to put the safety of our customers and staff first and ensure we are meeting Government guidelines

Reserve your vehicle online for just £10. Your vehicle will be reserved for 3 days and our sales team will then be in touch to arrange a video viewing and process the rest of the transaction over the phone or email.

You will arrange a specific collection appointment with our team. Make your way to our signposted collection area when you arrive at the dealership.

Please let us know if you need to rearrange or will be late so we can ensure we keep the process as smooth as possible.

To respect social distancing, we ask that only one customer is in the collection point at all times, so where possible, please collect the vehicle alone. We will not have a waiting area for any friends or family.

Customers and staff will be required to wear a face covering for the duration of the appointment. The face covering should meet Government guidelines and appropriately cover your nose and mouth.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms, please contact our team to rearrange your appointment.

You will also be required to sanitise your hands using our sanitising station. Please respect social distancing throughout your appoinment.

If you do not have a face covering, our team can provide one for you. Please let us know upon arrival.

If you are part-exchanging your current vehicle, our team will re-appraise the car upon your arrival. Please ensure you have already removed all personal effects from the car. 

If there is any further paperwork to complete, you will be taken to our designated 'Signing Space' where you will complete paperwork before returning to the collection zone.

Your vehicle and keys will be fully sanitised before your visit. 

To respect social distancing and make the collection as smooth as possible, we may not be able to run you through all the features of your car onsite, however, we are offering a post-handover appointment which can take place on Zoom or over the telephone, where you will have the opportunity to ask further questions.
