We have no current guidance whether warranty will be extended for Kia vehicles that need a service during the November 2020 lockdown. We advise you book your service as normal.

Kia have announced that they are extending their 'Kia Promise' global warranty programme to help owners while dealers have been closed during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Vehicles with an original Kia warranty that expired between 1st February 2020 and 30th May 2020 have been granted an extended warranty coverage until 30th June 2020.
In addition to this, the brand have addressed the concerns of Kia owners unable to get their car serviced during the pandemic. Warranty will not be affected if your service was delayed during the lockdown period. Warranty will still be honoured should you need to claim, as long as you can show the service was due during the lockdown, and you do get the car serviced as soon as the Government lifts the restrictions.
